Samreedhi Bajaj, Chief Executive Officer
Samreedhi Bajaj leads Ek Ishwar App with a rare combination of strategic clarity, youthful conviction, and a deeply personal relationship with devotion.
Her journey into this space began long before the company. Raised in a spiritually anchored home, she grew up observing rituals with sincerity, not as tradition for tradition's sake, but as moments that shaped identity, belonging, and inner stability.
A turning point came during her Char Dham Yatra, and Jyotirlinga visits with her parents. The experience left her with a simple but powerful realisation: devotees across Bharat feel deeply connected, but there could be pathways to express that connection with ease.
This insight stayed with her during her time in London, where she studied business and expanded her understanding of how technology can support human behaviour without diluting cultural truth. What began as personal reflection slowly became a structured vision to design a system where devotion feels close, uncomplicated, and dignified, no matter where one lives.
At Ek Ishwar App, she leads with a principle that shapes every decision: Technology should serve devotion, not redefine it.

Dr. Rashmi Bajaj is the cultural and philosophical anchor of Ek Ishwar. With a Ph.D. in Finance and decades of academic and leadership experience, she brings an uncommon blend of intellectual rigour, spiritual grounding, and organisational wisdom.
Raised in a family rooted deeply in dharma and service, Dr. Bajaj has spent years engaging with communities, temples, and cultural institutions. Her leadership ensures that every ritual on the Ek Ishwar App is handled with respect, and every devotee's experience is met with care.
Known for her principled decision-making and her ability to hold tradition and progress in the same breath, she guides Ek Ishwar with a conviction: devotion must feel pure, personal, and accessible, never altered, only supported.
