Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy carefully to understand our returns, refunds and cancellation terms.

1. SERVICES
Physical Puja and Physical Darshan
Cancellations are permitted only for bookings of Physical Puja and Physical Darshan within 24 hours of your booking. Any approved cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total value of the services being cancelled. Refunds will be processed after deducting this fee and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the original payment method. Cancellations or refunds for Physical Puja and Physical Darshan will not be permitted after the 24-hour period as above.
Virtual Puja and Virtual Darshan
We do not permit cancellations or refunds for Virtual Puja, Virtual Darshan or for any of our other services, except as mentioned above, since a Puja or Darshan booked through the App is based on limited availability of slots from the respective Temples and each confirmed booking reserves a slot for you that could have been offered to another devotee and accordingly any cancellation by you leads to a direct loss of opportunity for others and losses for us.
2. PRODUCTS
Custom Made and Made to Order Products
Many of our Products are custom made and made to order. As a result, we do not offer any returns, refunds or cancellations for Products purchased through the App. Further, each of our Products undergoes a thorough inspection and quality check prior to shipment.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a Product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly. To assist us in verifying the issue, we request that you share a video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the original packaging and the condition of the Product as received. This helps us confirm that any damage did not occur after delivery.
If you wish to request a return due to a damaged Product or a manufacturing defect, please ensure that your request is submitted in writing within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Product. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for consideration.
