Delivery & Shipping Policy

This Delivery & Shipping Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased through the Ek Ishwar website, mobile application, or any other platform operated by Ek Ishwar Private Limited (“Ek Ishwar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the platform.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Ek Ishwar offers both domestic and international shipping, subject to serviceability, product availability, and applicable laws and regulations.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Domestic orders are typically delivered within three (3) to ten (10) business days from dispatch. International orders may take fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines for bulk or special orders shall be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation. All timelines are indicative and subject to change due to factors beyond reasonable control.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and will be displayed prior to completion of payment.

4. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For international deliveries, the Devotee shall be solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

All Ek Ishwar Products undergo inspection and quality checks prior to dispatch. Products are packaged with reasonable care and handed over to delivery partners who will make best efforts to deliver within the estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to location, weather, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

6. THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS

For Third Party Products, Ek Ishwar acts only as a facilitator. Delivery and fulfillment are handled directly by the sellers and constitute an independent arrangement between the Devotee and the seller.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES AND ACCEPTANCE

Any delivery-related issues must be raised within seven (7) days from the delivery date displayed on the App. In the absence of communication within this period, the Product shall be deemed delivered and accepted in satisfactory condition. Ek Ishwar disclaims liability for complaints raised after this period.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ek Ishwar shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, customs delays, or logistical disruptions.
